deep breaths
deep breaths
breath in and exhale a little quieter
you are not isolated
you are stuck

any forward motion is a positive effect
keep trying because if you give up you will not succeed

deep breaths
nothing is ending
you have time and you can do it
don't cry
just don't get distracted
stay on task and be proud of your accomplishments

stop trying to multitask because it leaves you scatterbrained and flustered
you will be much happier when this is over, i can promise you
but it will not end until you will it too

see how quickly you can write? see how inspired you are?
deep breaths
little steps
a stretch of up hill doesn't mean the walk wasn't worth it
it's beautiful out here, pay attention to you feet so that you can eventually look up
look out at the many sights
